Pleasures of Art

The 2025 edition of Piaceri d'Arte, the fourth of the review, transformed Villa Lanfranchi in Santa Maria del Piano, Lesignano de' Bagni, into a laboratory of theatre, music, and storytelling. The season opened on May 4 with the itinerant performance "Everything Has a Limit! Little Murders in the Villa" (which sold out), continuing on May 25 with "Kafka's House. A journey through the rooms of metamorphosis", and with the celebrated aperitifs under the stars in June: "La Bassa Nova" by Savino Paparella and the jazz aperitif "Monk's Dream", a tribute to Thelonious Monk. The review concluded at the end of August with a trilogy of theatre, cinema, and opera dedicated to Maestro Mario Lanfranchi. In 2025 too, admission was by free donation with mandatory booking, confirming the strong link between the Foundation, the Municipality of Lesignano de' Bagni, and the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori.
