Edition 2025 — Pisan New Year Vicopisano

In 2025, Vicopisano once again renewed the appointment with the Pisan New Year on March 25th in the Romanesque Pieve of Santa Maria. The community gathered to witness the proclamation of the new year in the Pisan style, marked by the sunbeam on the Annunciation fresco, in a day of celebration, toasts, and cultural moments organized by the Gruppo Culturale Ippolito Rosellini.

The 2025 edition of the Pisan New Year in Vicopisano was held on March 25th in the Pieve of Santa Maria, in the heart of the medieval village in the Province of Pisa. Faithful to the Pisan style tradition, the day celebrated the start of the year as the sunbeam passed over the Madonna of the Annunciation, with toasts, cultural insights, and the customary reopening of the Rocca del Brunelleschi Complex.
