Pinzin Festival of Runzi

In 2025, the Pinzin Festival of Runzi once again attracted fans of polesano cuisine to the hamlet of Runzi, in Bagnolo di Po. The covered stand at the parish field offered pinzin accompanied by typical cured meats, tagliatelle with duck ragù, spätzle with speck, and desserts from the trolley.

The festival, built on the work of the volunteers of the Sagra di Runzi, confirmed its role as a village gastronomic event, capable of combining tradition and conviviality in the Polesine countryside, awaiting the next edition.
