Edition 2025 — Pinciarelle Festival

The 27th edition of the Pinciarelle Festival took place from September 5th to 7th, 2025, in the village of Montecelio, Guidonia Montecelio, organized by the Sapori & Folklore Montecelio Cultural Association together with the Pro Loco. Three days of dining in the gardens of Villa San Michele, with pasta hand-rolled by volunteers, evening openings of the Lanciani Museum, walks through the medieval village, piano bar, karaoke, and a free shuttle from Guidonia.

2025 Edition — the 27th

From September 5th to 7th, 2025, Montecelio hosted the 27th Pinciarelle Festival, with an official opening on Friday at 6:00 PM and food stands set up in the gardens of Villa San Michele.

The Rodolfo Lanciani Civic Archaeological Museum remained open throughout the event, with guided tours by reservation: Friday from 6:00 PM to midnight, Saturday from 4:00 PM, and Sunday starting from 9:00 AM. Over the weekend, guided walks through the medieval village took place from morning until evening.

A free shuttle service connected the Guidonia market square to the village, operating from 4:00 PM to midnight on Friday and Saturday, and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Sunday. On the menu were handmade pinciarelle served with meat sauce or vegetable condiments, accompanied by grilled meats; in the evening, piano bar and karaoke were available, along with a play area dedicated to children.

Programme

Friday, September 5th: official opening at 6:00 PM, archaeological museum open from 6:00 PM to midnight with guided tours at 7:00 PM, 9:00 PM, and 10:00 PM, free shuttle from 4:00 PM to midnight. Saturday, September 6th: museum open from 4:00 PM to midnight with guided tours at 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 9:00 PM, and 10:00 PM, shuttle from 4:00 PM, evening with piano bar and karaoke. Sunday, September 7th: museum open from 9:00 AM, walks in the medieval village at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 9:00 PM, and 10:00 PM, shuttle from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
