Piercarlo Ferrero Memorial Plein Air Painting Competition

The first edition of the competition took place on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at the Cluniac Monastery of Saints Peter and Paul in Castelletto Cervo (BI), on the initiative of the Garnerius Cultural Association with the patronage of the Municipality of Castelletto Cervo. The chosen theme was "The Cluniac Monastery of Castelletto Cervo: Art, History, and Nature."

The meeting was set for 9:15 AM at the monastery reception point, while the live painting competition took place from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Participation, with free technique and a minimum work size of 21x29 cm, was open to everyone: adults and children (6-17 years old), professionals and amateurs.

Prizes included 200, 150, and 100 euros for the adult category and Amazon vouchers of 100, 75, and 50 euros for the children, with certificates of participation for all.
