Edition 2025 — Piante e Animali Perduti

The 28th edition of Piante e Animali Perduti took place on September 27th and 28th, 2025, in the historic center of Guastalla, with the novel theme "The Essence of Air," dedicated to air as a source of life and environmental issues. Over 500 exhibitors and more than 30,000 visitors animated the two days, featuring pomological exhibitions, workshops, conferences, and tastings.

The 28th edition of Piante e Animali Perduti, held in Guastalla on Saturday, September 27th, and Sunday, September 28th, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, introduced a thematic thread for the first time: "The Essence of Air", a reflection on air as a source of life, climate change, and environmental quality. The event recorded over 30,000 attendees.

Through the streets and squares, more than 500 exhibitors offered ancient plants, forgotten fruits, and local products. Among the most popular activities: the free urban trek Asfalto e Radici to discover edible wild plants, the Wild Pastry workshop with Costanza Fontana, the Urban Oasis in Guastalla walks, and the pomological exhibitions featuring fruits like giuggiola, uva fogarina, and pera passa crassana. On September 28th, the best exhibitors in the craft, floriculture, and food and wine categories were awarded.
