Edition 2025 — Folle di Natura

Before becoming "Folle di Natura" and taking on a city-wide dimension, the Piacenza Carnival was animated for years by the Quartiere Roma Association with the traditional masked parade in the via Roma neighborhood. Masks, parades, and dances enlivened the district with music and festivities for children and families, in a community celebration deeply felt by the area and rooted in Piacenza's popular tradition.

In 2025, the Piacenza Carnival still had its heart in the Quartiere Roma: the association of the same name organized the traditional masked parade along via Roma, with music, dances, and entertainment for children. It was a well-attended neighborhood celebration, attracting families from the district and the entire city around masks, colors, and stalls.

This popular tradition, rooted for years in the city's fabric, formed the basis from which the new official Carnival of Piacenza, "Folle di Natura," was born. In 2026, the event was extended to the entire historic center in collaboration with the Municipality of Piacenza, maintaining the spirit of popular celebration of the Quartiere Roma and enriching it with themes of sustainability and creative reuse.
