Pezzata and Sheep Arrosticini Festival

The 26th edition of the Pezzata and Sheep Arrosticini Festival brought Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia to life on Saturday, August 16, and Sunday, August 17, 2025. Saturday afternoon was dedicated to children with small rides, inflatables, face painting, and cotton candy from 4:00 PM; at 7:30 PM, the food stand opened with pezzata, arrosticini, and an alternative menu, followed at 9:30 PM by a concert from Rockom, a Vasco Rossi tribute band.

On Sunday, at 6:00 PM, the performance by the Narni flag-wavers colored the village streets; at 9:30 PM, the «Notte della Taranta» with Zeketam had the square dancing to the rhythm of pizzica, before the bingo draw at 11:00 PM and the closing fireworks display at 11:30 PM. A successful edition that confirmed the festival as one of the most beloved gastronomic events of the summer in the Viterbo Tuscia region.
