Peveragno Conscripts Festival

The cohorts of 5 and 0

The 2025 edition celebrated those born in years ending in 5 and 0, from the new eighteen-year-olds to the oldest classes. The program followed the usual schedule: gathering at 9:00 AM in Piazza Pietro Toselli and departure of the parade at 9:30 AM.

Parade and ceremonies

The parade, accompanied by the marching band and the Scarlet Stars Majorettes, was led by children with their parents, followed by teenagers and the older classes. After the laying of flowers at the cemetery and mass in the parish church of Santa Maria, the Mayor presented the flag to the new eighteen-year-olds.

Festivities

The festival continued with lunch at the "A la Sousta" multi-purpose center, with an indoor banquet and an outdoor marquee for evening music and entertainment open to the public. As is tradition, the municipal administration visited the oldest guests in the town's residential care facilities.
