Edition 2025 — Pestif-Pestith Festival
The 2025 edition of the Festa del Pestif-Pestith was held in March in Vajont, featuring an evening dedicated to the Slow Food Presidium fermented turnip from Valcellina and Val Vajont, with typical zero-km products and traditional popular songs.
In 2025, the Festa del Pestif-Pestith once again brought the community together in Vajont around the flavors of pestith, the historic fermented turnip from Valcellina and Val Vajont. The evening, organized by Pro Loco Vajont, offered tastings of typical zero-km products and traditional popular songs, in a heated hall, confirming the convivial formula that has accompanied this event tied to the territory's identity for years.
