Pesce in Festa 2025: three days at the port

From September 19th to 21st, 2025, the tourist port of Casal Velino Marina, in the Municipality of Casal Velino (Province of Salerno), hosted the 2025 edition of Pesce in Festa, organized by the Pesce in Festa Association together with the Pro Loco.

The stalls offered typical dishes of Cilento maritime cuisine prepared with fresh fish: fried paranza, seafood soups, and pasta dishes with the daily catch, according to traditional recipes. Every evening featured free concerts — Friday the 19th Kiepò, Saturday the 20th Askarimè, Sunday the 21st Vientoeterra — accompanied by folkloric shows and entertainment for all ages.

There were also workshops and meetings on the art of fishing and the history of the territory, while the closing of the event coincided with the moments dedicated to Saint Matthew, patron saint of Casal Velino Marina. Admission and concerts were completely free.

Friday, September 19th, 2025 — opening of food stalls on the pier and concert by Kiepò.

Saturday, September 20th, 2025 — stalls with local catch and concert by Askarimè.

Sunday, September 21st, 2025 — final evening with the concert by Vientoeterra and moments dedicated to Saint Matthew, patron saint of the village.

During the three days: folkloric shows, family entertainment, workshops, and meetings on the art of fishing and the history of the territory. Free admission and concerts.
