Cultural initiatives in Montedinove

In Montedinove, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, the days of the Feast of Saint Thomas Becket - the patronal feast on the first Sunday of June - have long been accompanied by cultural events promoted by the Municipality in the historic center.

Among these are outdoor theatre performances in Piazza Cino Del Duca, the square named after the famous publisher and film producer born in the town in 1899. Free admission shows that intertwine the great cultural history of the village with the popular and religious tradition of the feast, in a setting amidst stone houses and views of the Sibillini Mountains.
