Pereto Gastronomic Walk

17th edition — July 19, 2025

The seventeenth edition of the Pereto Gastronomic Walk was held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM from Piazza del Castello. As per tradition, the alleys of the village in the province of L'Aquila were transformed into a tasting trail.

At the various taste stations, participants sampled sagnozzi, pecora alla cottora, vegetable pizza, local cheeses, fruit, and dry pastries, accompanied by water and wine; a dedicated menu was available for children. The evening was accompanied by a roving band playing live music along the entire route. Among the 2025 novelties was the introduction of a shuttle service to facilitate access to the historic center. The event was organized by the Pro Loco Pereto "Manolo Iacuitti".
