Pellegrinaggio al Santuario della Madonna del Canneto — Natività della Vergine

The 2025 edition of the September 8th pilgrimage confirmed the appeal of the Sanctuary of Santa Maria del Canneto, one of the oldest places of worship in Molise. For the feast of the Nativity of the Virgin, faithful and families ascended to the sanctuary in the Trigno Valley to participate in the solemn masses and the procession with the statue of the Madonna.

Markets and moments of sacred and folk music accompanied the day, renewing a Marian devotion that spans centuries in Roccavivara and attracts pilgrims from all over the region.
