Peasant Dinner 2025 in Lavis

The Peasant Dinner 2025 was held on Sunday, August 31, 2025, in the square of the Suore Canossiane, in the center of Lavis (TN), in Trentino. Organized by the Pro Loco of Lavis, the evening gathered the town around the now-customary open-air table, dedicated to the flavors and conviviality of the Trentino countryside.

In 2025 as well, the festival relied on the collaboration between local associations: the Alpini prepared the savory dishes on-site, supported by the Rural Women and the Scout Group. The traditional rural menu, accompanied by wines from the Avisian hills, renewed the ritual of giving thanks for the harvest and the end of the agricultural year. The event, with limited seating, took place by reservation through the Pro Loco channels.
