Pea Festival of Roncofreddo

The 54th edition of the Pea Festival animated Roncofreddo on the weekend of May 17 and 18, 2025. The inauguration opened with greetings from authorities, Romagna whip cracking, and the historical re-enactment of the pea market, organized by Sergio Diotti and the company "E' Coch". The evening featured a DJ set with Dj Enrico il pazzo and Berlin Techno Experience, while the "Poveri cantautori" performed in the village streets.

Sunday was dedicated to the agricultural and craft market along the village streets, with games, workshops, exhibitions, and activities for children, as well as a performance by Patrizia Ceccarelli and her folk orchestra. Local farmers offered peas, broad beans, artichokes, and other seasonal produce, along with local wines, extra virgin olive oils, pickles, jams, honey, and cheeses. Visits to the Museum of the Front and the Museum of Sacred Art were also among the offerings.
