Pea Festival of Colognola ai Colli

The 2025 edition of the Pea Festival, the 67th, was held in Colognola ai Colli over two weekends, from May 16 to 19 and from May 23 to 26, in the courtyard of Villa Aquadevita, at via Trieste 24.

The menu featured the great classics of Veronese tradition based on peas — paparele coi bisi (pasta with peas), risi e bisi (rice and peas) — alongside the new Ri-Bisi dish. Also featured were local wines, Soave and Valpolicella, and extra virgin olive oil from the local hills. The event, organized by the Pro Loco with the Municipality and the Association of Pea Cultivators of Colognola, offered entertainment for families, promoting the Pisello Verdone Nano De.Co.

The 2025 edition was spread over two weekends (May 16-19 and May 23-26) in the courtyard of Villa Aquadevita, with a food stand dedicated to pea-based dishes — paparele with peas, rice and peas, Ri-Bisi — wine tasting of Soave and Valpolicella wines and local extra virgin olive oil, and entertainment for families.
