Patronal Festival of the Madonna degli Angeli

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Festival of the Madonna degli Angeli brought Cassano delle Murge to life from August 1st to 4th, following the official calendar released by the Patronal Festival Committee. The central moment was August 2nd, with the solemn Eucharistic concelebration and the evening procession of the Patron Saint's statue on a triumphal chariot through the town streets.

The soundtrack was provided by the Grand Brass Band Concerts: the 'S. Maria degli Angeli' Brass Band of Cassano delle Murge, conducted by Maestro Giuseppe Smaldino with bandleader Vito D'Ambrosio, the 'Città di Mola' Award-winning Musical Association, and the brass bands from the cities of Termoli and Noicattaro. There was no shortage of fireworks displays — the 'diana' at dawn on August 2nd and the grandiose night-time fire shows on August 2nd and 4th — as well as the funfair and food stands along the streets of the center.
