Edition 2025 — Feast of the Name of Mary

The 2025 edition of the Feast of the Name of Mary brought the community of Cecima together in its medieval village in Oltrepò Pavese. Around September 12th, between religious celebrations and moments of conviviality, the town renewed its most anticipated patronal feast of the year, celebrating a place with ancient origins.

In 2025, the Feast of the Name of Mary confirmed the tradition of the patronal feast in Cecima, celebrated as usual around September 12th. The occasion blended the religious dimension, linked to the parish church of Saints Martino and Lazzaro, with the convivial moments that animate the medieval village of Oltrepò Pavese.

A festival that, amidst the cobbled alleys and stone houses of the historic center, renewed the community's bond with its millennial history, in the heart of the Province of Pavia.
