Patronal Feast of the Madonna del Rocciamelone

The 2025 edition of the Susa patronal feast was held from August 1st to 5th at the Mompantero Sanctuary, at the foot of the Rocciamelone. In the days leading up to the feast, morning and evening Holy Masses, the rosary, and confessions were animated in turn by the various communities of the valley.

On August 5th, the patronal day, the event culminated with the solemn Mass presided over by the Bishop, the afternoon celebration for the living and deceased priors, and the evocative evening procession that accompanied the Bonifacio Rotario triptych to the Cathedral of San Giusto. The Diocesan Museum also offered special evening openings dedicated to the history of the triptych and the summit statue of the Rocciamelone.
