The 2025 patronal feast in Rocchetta Sant'Antonio

In 2025, the Feast of the Madonna del Pozzo and Saint Roch confirmed its dual nature, both religious and popular. On August 15, the community brought the statue of the Madonna in procession from the Serralonga sanctuary to the village center, with the traditional encounter with Saint Roch. The main festivities took place from August 24 to 26, featuring solemn masses, a fair along the central streets, afternoon processions, and fireworks. The festival was part of the Rocchetta Music Fest program, a cultural initiative by the Municipality funded by the PNRR Borghi and the Ministry of Culture, which brought popular free concerts to the square.

August 15 — The Assumption Procession

• Climb to the Serralonga sanctuary and return of the Madonna del Pozzo statue to the village, carried on shoulders along the 3 km trail.
• The encounter between the Madonna del Pozzo and Saint Roch at the village entrance.

August 24 — First day of the feast

• Morning fireworks and mass; traditional fair along the central streets.
• Solemn afternoon mass and procession in honor of the Madonna del Pozzo.
• Fireworks and evening entertainment.

August 25 — Procession and concert

• Morning fireworks and mass; afternoon procession with the statues of the Madonna del Pozzo and Saint Roch.
• Brass band gathering and concert in the square, with pyrotechnic show.
• 22:00 — Zen Garden U2 Tribute in Piazza Aldo Moro (free admission).

August 26 — The farewell and final evening

• At dawn, return of the statue to the sanctuary and moving farewell by the community.
• 23:00 — Piazza Aldo Moro: closing evening with Dj Jad (Articolo 31) and a concert by Fabio Rovazzi (free admission), followed by midnight fireworks.
