Patronal Feast of the Assumption and Saint Roch (Summer Fest)

Summer Fest 2025

The festivities in honor of the Madonna Assunta and Saint Roch were held in Petrella Salto on August 14th, 15th, and 16th, 2025. The religious program, faithful to tradition, included celebrations followed by processions through the village streets, accompanied from early morning by the music of the Lisciano Band.

On the secular side, there was musical entertainment in the square every evening and the opening of the food stall starting at 7:00 PM, featuring aperitifs, spritz, and traditional local dishes. On the evenings of Ferragosto and August 16th, the traditional Pantasima dance took place, featuring the large, colorful reed and paper puppet dancing among the flames. The closing evening on August 16th hosted the comedian and television personality Andrea Rivera, before the customary fireworks display that closed the festival.
