Edition 2025 — SS. James and Philip

On May 3rd, 2025, Carovigno celebrated its patron saints James and Philip with the usual religious and civic program. Masses at the Chiesa Matrice, the procession with the statues of the patrons and the Madonna del Belvedere, the band concert, and the fireworks enlivened the historic center of the Brindisi village, confirming the vitality of a tradition deeply rooted in the Apulian community.

2025 Edition

The patronal feast of SS. James and Philip on May 3rd, 2025, renewed the most heartfelt event of the town's liturgical year in Carovigno. Eucharistic celebrations in the Chiesa Matrice welcomed the faithful from the morning, while in the afternoon, the procession passed through the streets of the historic center with the statues of the patron saints and the image of the Madonna del Belvedere.

The civic program, with the concert by the «Città di Carovigno» band, the festive lights, and the final fireworks, completed a day of faith and celebration shared by the entire community of the Upper Salento.
