2025 Patronal Feast

The 2025 Patronal Feast of Trasacco was held from August 29th to September 1st, in an edition made even more significant by the celebration of the 600th anniversary of the wooden statue of Saint Cesidio (1425-2025), housed in the Basilica of Saints Cesidio and Rufino.

Key events included the lyrical and band concert by the Guardia di Finanza Band with tenor Piero Mazzocchetti on August 29th in the square in front of the Basilica. On August 31st, the feast day of Saint Cesidio, the celebration continued in Piazza Matteotti with a musical evening featuring the Game Boys, followed by an open-air disco set by Lo Zoo di 105. The program also included processions, liturgical celebrations, traditional Marsica food stalls, and the opening of the Torre Febonio to the public.
