Edition 2025 — Saint Roch in San Chirico Nuovo
In 2025, San Chirico Nuovo celebrated its patron saint, Saint Roch, with traditional liturgical celebrations and the procession of the saint through the village streets, in the festive atmosphere of late August.
The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Saint Roch confirmed the late August tradition in San Chirico Nuovo. The liturgical celebrations and the procession of the patron saint through the streets of the small village gathered the entire community, amidst illuminations, the town band, and moments of conviviality typical of summer festivals in inner Basilicata.
