Patronal Feast of Saint Roch

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Saint Roch in Petacciato had a jubilee character. The preparatory novena began on Thursday, August 7th, guiding the community towards the solemnity of August 16th. On the patron saint's day, the solemn Mass was presided over by Bishop Claudio Palumbo, followed by the procession of Saint Roch's statue through the streets of the historic center.

As tradition dictates, the town's associations and confraternities paraded, offering incense to the saint, while the civil celebration enlivened Petacciato's squares with music, stalls, and moments of conviviality, culminating in the final fireworks display.

2025 Celebrations: novena starting August 7th; on August 16th, solemn Mass presided over by Bishop Claudio Palumbo at 6:00 PM and procession through the historic center; civil events, stalls, and fireworks to conclude.
