Patronal Feast of Saint Mary of the Snows

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Saint Mary of the Snows enlivened Boffalora sopra Ticino from July 24 to 27.

Thursday, July 24, featured the non-competitive race "Bufalora Volt e Bas," part of the children's district palio. Friday, July 25, included Vespers of the Virgin in church with a supplication to Our Lady of the Snows, followed by the "Boffalora Grand Prix" with a pedal go-kart race from Piazza Matteotti. Saturday, July 26, saw the Marian procession along the Naviglio with the Holy Rosary and the traditional "la Nevicata" ice cream on the church steps. Sunday, July 27, concluded with the Solemn Mass of Our Lady of the Snows, the Cuccagna on the Naviglio, and the community dinner in the parish hall, including the Palio delle Contrade awards ceremony.
