Edition 2025 — Saint Martin Feast

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Saint Martin and Saint Comasia took place in Martina Franca from June 28 to July 7, with the solemnity of the patrons on July 6. Part of the Jubilee Year with the theme of "pilgrimage of hope," it featured a pontifical mass presided over by the Archbishop of Taranto, Monsignor Ciro Miniero, the procession of silver statues, grand brass band concerts, and a final pyromusical show.

In 2025, the patronal festival of Martina Franca was held from June 28 to July 7, with the solemnity of the patron saints on July 6. The celebration, included in the Jubilee Year, followed the theme of the "pilgrimage of hope": in the preceding days, the silver statues of Saint Martin and Saint Comasia traveled through the city's parishes (San Francesco d'Assisi, Santa Teresa, San Domenico). On July 4, the "Martiniano Seal" was awarded to historian Giovanni Liuzzi. On the Sunday of the solemnity, after the solemn pontifical mass at 11:00 AM presided over by the Metropolitan Archbishop of Taranto, Monsignor Ciro Miniero, the 7:30 PM procession with the statues of the patrons crossed the city with a stop at the "Valle d'Itria" Hospital, accompanied by the "Città di Rutigliano" Grand Band and the "Città di Martina Franca" Band. The evening concluded with a concert in Piazza Plebiscito and a pyromusical show.
