Edition 2025 — Saint Mark in Pacentro

In 2025, Pacentro once again honored its patron saint, Saint Mark the Evangelist, on April 25th with religious celebrations in the historic center. The festival, rooted in the tradition of the Peligna Valley village, saw the community gather in the Church of San Marco for mass and a procession in honor of the protector saint.

The patronal feast of Saint Mark the Evangelist in Pacentro (AQ) was celebrated on April 25, 2025, according to the annual recurrence that marks the life of the Abruzzo village. Celebrations in honor of the patron saint took place in the Church of San Marco and along the alleys of the historic center, featuring a solemn mass and a traditional procession.
