Patronal Feast of Saint John the Evangelist (Festa dei Gigli of Mariglianella)

2025 Edition: Arteteca and Gianni Fiorellino on Via Napoli

The 2025 edition of the patronal feast of Saint John the Evangelist in Mariglianella, in the Metropolitan City of Naples, focused on the weekend of September 20 and 21. The two evening appointments closed the "Mariglianella Cresce" festival, promoted by the municipal administration of Mayor Arcangelo Russo with the Councilor for Sport and Entertainment Felice Porcaro, following the June festivities for Maria SS. della Sanità.

Saturday, September 20, on the stage set up on Via Napoli, the evening opened with the group Sfessania and percussionist Emidio Ausiello, followed by the comedy duo Arteteca and the show "Senza Filtri." Sunday, September 21, at the same time, it was Gianni Fiorellino's turn with the "Vai Tour." Both shows started at 9:00 PM with free admission and attracted a large audience to the streets, confirming that the patronal feast remains the most attended event in the municipal calendar.
