Patronal Feast of Saint James the Greater

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Saint James the Greater confirmed the vitality of a tradition deeply rooted in Campertogno, in the province of Vercelli. As every year, the streets of the historic center hosted the craft market with stalls of ancient trades and typical Valsesian products, while the Solemn Holy Mass in the Parish Church was preceded by the picturesque procession of women in traditional costumes, accompanied by the brass band.

In the Avigi hamlet, at Piazza Madonna delle Grazie, 'The Square of Taste' offered tastings of local gastronomy, with miacce as the star attraction. The day, organized by the Pro Loco and the Municipality together with local associations, brought together residents and visitors in a celebration of tradition and conviviality.
