Edition 2025 — Feast of Saint Donatus

In 2025, Montefano also celebrated its patron saint with the Feast of Saint Donatus, which concluded on August 7th, the day of the liturgical commemoration. For several evenings, the historic center and Via Giacomo Leopardi came alive with food stalls, live music, and moments of devotion, bringing together the community of the Macerata village in its most heartfelt summer tradition.

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Saint Donatus confirmed the deep bond between Montefano and its patron saint. As every year, the festivities concluded on August 7th, the day the Church celebrates Saint Donatus, with the solemn Holy Mass and procession through the village streets.

The evenings featured food stalls with the flavors of Marche tradition and musical performances, in a festive atmosphere that involved residents and visitors alike. The Collegiata di San Donato, the community's religious heart, provided the backdrop for the most solemn moments of the commemoration.
