Edition 2025 — Saint Clement the Martyr
In August 2025, Montenero Val Cocchiara celebrated its patron saint, Saint Clement the Martyr, on the second Sunday of the month, with a solemn mass, a procession through the historic center, and an evening of music, a gathering moment for the community and returning emigrants.
The 2025 patronal feast of Saint Clement the Martyr renewed the devotion of the Alto Molise village to its patron saint in Montenero Val Cocchiara. The solemn mass, the procession with the statue through the historic center, and the evening of music in the piazza marked the celebrations on the second Sunday of August, during the period when emigrants return to the land of the Pentro horse to reunite with family and community.
