Edition 2025 — Saint Caesarius the Martyr Feast

In 2025, the Patronal Feast of Saint Caesarius the Martyr took place from August 29th to 31st, moved from the traditional August 27th to the following weekend. Three evenings of celebration opened by a solemn mass at the San Giuseppe Parish and a procession with the saint's statue through the town center, followed each evening by Pro Loco food stalls and free concerts: the Simone Band, the Pooh tribute band Brennero 66, and the Emanuele Imperoli orchestra.

The 2025 patronal feast in San Cesareo

The 2025 edition of the festivities in honor of Saint Caesarius the Martyr was held from Friday, August 29th to Sunday, August 31st, postponed from the liturgical date of August 27th. The festival opened on Friday with a solemn mass at 6:30 PM at the San Giuseppe Parish, followed at 7:30 PM by the procession with the saint's statue through the town center.

Every evening from 7:30 PM, the food stalls of the San Cesareo Pro Loco offered traditional local flavors, while the stage hosted three free concerts: on Friday, the Simone Band; on Saturday, Brennero 66 with their official Pooh tribute; and on Sunday, the grand finale with the Emanuele Imperoli orchestra. Three days of faith, music, and conviviality organized by the Municipality of San Cesareo with the Pro Loco and local associations, which brought the entire community to the square.

Programme

Friday, August 29: 6:30 PM solemn mass (San Giuseppe Parish), 7:30 PM procession with the saint's statue, 8:00 PM food stalls open, 9:00 PM concert by the Simone Band. Saturday, August 30: 7:30 PM food stalls, 9:00 PM Brennero 66 — Pooh Official Tribute Band. Sunday, August 31: 7:30 PM food stalls, 9:00 PM Emanuele Imperoli Orchestra.
