Edition 2025 — Saint Antoninus the Martyr
Saint Antoninus 2025 in Monte Porzio Catone
The festivities opened on August 23rd with the Novena of Saint Antoninus, celebrated every evening at 6:30 PM in the Cathedral until August 31st, the day the secular part also began with the inauguration of a photo exhibition dedicated to the town and the Pro Loco dinner accompanied by live music.
On September 1st, the eve of the patron saint's day, the procession and the blessing of the water took place, followed by the opening of food stands and dancing in the square. On September 2nd, the saint's day, the solemn procession crossed the historic center accompanied by the brass band; in the evening, Piazza Borghese hosted the musical show, with fireworks around midnight.
The program then continued until September 14th with the Rioni dinners, the Confraternity dinner, the fashion show on September 7th, dance evenings, and inclusion initiatives at Parco Gramsci. The finale was entrusted to the Sports Festival on September 13th and the traditional Giro del Tuscolo walk on September 14th, which concluded with a community lunch and a concert at the Oratory of Saint Antoninus for the Confraternity's anniversary.
