In 2025, Magasa celebrated its patron saint, Saint Anthony Abbot, on January 17th, with religious services in the parish church of the mountain village of Valvestino, in the province of Brescia.

The Patronal Feast of Saint Anthony Abbot is the most important event for Magasa, a small mountain village in Valvestino between Lake Garda and Lake Idro, in the province of Brescia. In 2025, the community once again gathered around its patron saint on January 17th, with religious celebrations in the parish church of Saint Anthony Abbot, protector of animals and peasant life. The festival, which falls in the heart of winter, reaffirmed the strong identity value of this occasion for a mountain community that carefully preserves its traditions.
