Edition 2025 — Our Lady of the Star

In 2025, Armento celebrated Our Lady of the Star on the second Sunday of May with the traditional pilgrimage of the statue of the Virgin to the sanctuary, amidst religious chants, processions, and moments of popular celebration, renewing the ancient Marian devotion of the village in the Val d'Agri.

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Our Lady of the Star in Armento took place on the second Sunday of May with the usual pilgrimage of the statue of the Virgin to the 18th-century sanctuary. The day, experienced with intense devotion by the community, combined liturgical celebrations, religious chants, and moments of popular festivity, confirming the village's strong bond with its patron saint. The statue then remained at the sanctuary until its return to the village scheduled for September.
