Patronal Feast of Maria SS. Incoronata

From May 23 to 27, 2025, Apricena celebrated its patron saint Maria SS. Incoronata with the annual Patronal Feast. Five days marked by solemn Holy Masses in the Mother Church of Saints Martin and Lucia, the Holy Rosary, and processions with the statue through the streets of the historic center, accompanied by the town band and the procession of authorities.

Alongside the religious dimension, the rich civil program offered artistic illuminations, markets, food stalls with typical Daunian products, and numerous pyrotechnic shows. Among the musical events, the opera concert in Piazza dei Mille and, in Piazza Federico II, the stop of the Radionorba Tour 2025 with Rosaria Rollo, Kevin, and DJ Steven Sale, which turned the square into a large open-air disco. The festival concluded, as per tradition, with the return of the statue to the Sanctuary and the traditional fireworks.
