2025 Edition
The 2025 Patronal Feast of Maria SS. Addolorata in Torrenova brought the town to life over the weekend of October 25-26, 2025. The Saturday vigil featured an event organized by the Studio Dance and Sport of Melissa Agostino, while Sunday, October 26, was dedicated to religious rites: the Solemn Mass and the procession of the statue of the Madonna Addolorata through the town streets, accompanied by the "Città di Torrenova" Town Band.
In the evening, at 10:30 PM, the Piazza Autonomia stage hosted a free concert by the singer-songwriter from Catania, Gerardina Trovato, followed by a fireworks display by the Castorino Roberto company. The festival, organized by the Parish with the patronage of the Municipality and the Pro Loco, reaffirmed Torrenova's strong bond with its patron saint.
