Patronal Feast of Madonna delle Grazie, Madonna della Misericordia and San Rocco

The 2025 Edition

In 2025, the village of Cerchio, in the Marsica area of the L'Aquila province, celebrated its traditional patronal feasts dedicated to the Madonna delle Grazie, the Madonna della Misericordia, and San Rocco. As is customary, the festivities took place between late August and the first ten days of September, with the usual blend of religious and secular moments.

The program included solemn celebrations at the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, processions with the statues of the saints along the streets of the town, evenings of music and entertainment in Piazza Sandro Pertini, and the traditional lottery associated with the festivities. An edition that confirmed the attachment of the Cerchio community to its roots and devotion.
