2025 Saint Martin Feast in Casanova
From August 22 to 24, 2025, the hamlet of Casanova, in the municipality of Cortino (Teramo province), celebrated the Patronal Feast in honor of Saint Martin, the village's patron saint alongside Saint Vincent. The event, managed by the Pro Loco of Casanova, was spread over three days with musical entertainment, local food, and traditional games; the days of August 23rd and 24th featured activities from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The event, free and open to all citizens, brought residents, emigrants, and vacationers back to Casanova, keeping a community tradition alive in the heart of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.
