Patron Saint Festival 2025
The 2025 edition of the Patron Saint Festival of Sant'Anastasio and San Nonnoso confirmed the vitality of one of the traditions most dear to the community of Castel Sant'Elia, in the Viterbo area. As is customary, the festivities opened on September 2nd with the solemn procession of the patrons along the village streets to the Basilica of Sant'Elia, a moment also immortalized in videos taken by the faithful.
On September 3rd, the celebrations continued with the solemn mass, evening shows in the square, and the traditional fireworks, officially kicking off the Settembre Castellese and the subsequent religious observances of the Faliscan village.
