From October 2 to 5, 2025, the "Pietro Pisani" Complex in Palermo hosted the 2025 edition of PataPùm – Minimo Teatro Festival, with a program that alternated between four creative and training workshops and five repeat performances, for a total of thirteen events and numerous networking moments.
The protagonists were three of the most representative companies in children's theatre: La Baracca – Testoni Ragazzi (Bologna), Il Teatro nel Baule (Naples), and Zaches Teatro. Among the titles, on Sunday, October 5 at 10:30 AM, "Hansel and Gretel" by Il Teatro nel Baule re-enacted the Grimm fairy tale using lights, shadows, and live electronic music.
True to its mission, the festival offered free performances for children, families, and schools, breaking down economic barriers and building alliances with local schools, bookstores, and associations, in the spirit of the Santuzza Saint Rosalia, the patron saint of the city.
