Edition 2025 — Pastrignocchi Festival

The 16th edition of the Pastrignocchi and Cuculo Festival was held in Cetona from May 30 to June 2, 2025, in Piazza Garibaldi. In 2025, the Pro Loco once again offered the specialties of Cetona's peasant cuisine — pastrignocchi and the sweet cuculo — with nightly dinners in the square and lunches on public holidays, accompanied each evening by music from local groups and orchestras.

During the 2025 Republic Day long weekend, Piazza Garibaldi in Cetona hosted the 16th edition of the Pastrignocchi and Cuculo Festival. The Pro Loco food stands prepared local traditional products, highlighting pastrignocchi — pasta made just as it was in the past — and the cuculo, the rustic biscuit of the lower Sienese province. Dinners in the square every evening from 7:30 PM and lunches on public holidays, with live music and dance evenings to close each day of celebration in the village of the Sienese Valdichiana.
