Pasticciotto Festival – Fanóve Special Edition

The 7th Pasticciotto Festival – Fanóve Special Edition took place on January 11, 2025, at the Dream Café in Castellana Grotte, Bari province. The festival was part of the I Giorni del Fuoco program, with the Night of the Fanòve seeing dozens of bonfires burning across the Apulian town's neighborhoods on January 11th and 12th, 2025.

In this edition as well, the Salento pasticciotto, served warm, was the star of an evening dedicated to tradition, taste, and fire, amidst the warmth of the flames and the scent of freshly baked pastries, in the festive and devout atmosphere typical of the Castellana Grotte winter.
