Edition 2025 — Passio Christi
In 2025, Salandra's Passio Christi took place on Holy Saturday, April 19, with the living Via Crucis animating the historic center with over 100 participants in Roman-era costumes, reenacting the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Christ.
The 2025 edition of the Passio Christi was held on Holy Saturday, April 19, renewing the tradition started in 2001. The historic center of Salandra once again dressed up as ancient Jerusalem, with over a hundred costumed participants bringing to life the scenes of Christ's life, from the entrance into Jerusalem to the Resurrection, in an itinerant journey through the alleys, squares, and monuments of the village.
