Edition 2025 — Parma Marathon
The 2025 edition of the Parma Marathon, the ninth in its history, attracted about 4,000 runners to Parma for the various distances. The 42 km marathon saw 442 finishers: among the men, German Joshua Meinke triumphed in 2:32:26, ahead of Filippo Bovanini (2:34:31) and Azeddine Majdoubi (2:35:27); among the women, Laura Innocenti won in 3:06:40, by only 19 seconds over Elisabetta Luchese. On the Trenta2 (32 km), Enrico Bortolotti was the winner, while the 10 km La Vigorosa was won by Jaume Albaranez Soto and Sara Arrigoni. A weekend of sport that confirmed the ducal marathon as one of the most followed events in Emilia-Romagna.
