Edition 2025 — La Bigolata
The 2025 edition of La Bigolata was held on October 10, 11, and 12, 2025, in the Parco dei Salici in Reggiolo. Three days of celebration dedicated to fresh pasta made with a press, with 'bigoli' and 'maccheroni' served with various toppings, evening openings, and lunch service on Sunday, organized by the Sarabiga APS Association with free admission.
La Bigolata 2025 took place from Friday, October 10 to Sunday, October 12, 2025, in the Parco dei Salici in Reggiolo. The festival featured 'bigoli' and 'maccheroni al torchio' with various toppings, along with dishes from the Emilian tradition, in a convivial outdoor village festival atmosphere. The edition, organized by the Associazione Sarabiga APS, confirmed the autumn event with evening openings on festival days and lunch service also on Sundays, with free admission.
