Parco Mongiardino Summer Season

The 2025 season at Parco Mongiardino, in Mongiardino Ligure in the Province of Alessandria, confirmed the park's dedication to wellness and fine dining. From June to September, inner wellness weekends were held, offering immersive nature experiences with Sahaja Yoga: meditation, music, energy rebalancing techniques, treatments, self-massage, walks, and wholesome food, all organized by the Vishwa Nirmala Dharma association.

Alongside the wellness weekends, the season featured Indian cuisine dinners and gastronomic events in the park's restaurant, as well as courses, seminars, and summer camps for children and families, all within the natural setting of the Alessandria Apennines.
