Parco Majella Prize 2025: the 28th edition
The 28th edition of the Parco Majella National Nature Literature Prize was held in Abbateggio on July 18 and 19, 2025. On Friday, July 18, at 6:30 PM, the public meeting with the finalists took place, during which the readers of the popular jury cast their votes; the awards ceremony was held on Saturday, July 19, at 8:00 PM.
The winners of the 2025 edition were Dario Franceschini with "Aqua e tera" for the Fiction section, Paolo Pileri with "Dalla parte del suolo" for Non-fiction, and Bruno Di Pietro with "Ἐλέα. Quando verrà il passato" for Poetry. The event, promoted by the Alle falde della Majella association with the Municipality of Abbateggio, confirmed the formula that combines a technical jury with a popular jury of readers.
